From the Vestry

Snippets from the September Vestry meeting:

• It is very pleasing to note that the giving hasn’t decreased significantly during recent uncertain times.

• Many thanks to Meredith for making reusable masks as a fundraiser for Covid relief in Fiji. $210 has been raised to date.

• We are exploring options re obtaining an Eftpos machine for fundraising events and general use.

• Work on our Governance handbook continues.

• The carved panels on the St Mark’s altar are being refurbished.

• All Government & Diocesan guidelines regarding health & safety under Delta Level 2 are being observed.

• An update on the building project will be presented on Sunday 17th October.

• Dates for your diaries: Pop Up Garage Sale 30th October; Meals for Six in November (hopefully); Twilight Christmas Market combined with St Martins Presbyterian on 10th December.
