A few highlights from the November Vestry meeting:
The role of the website in our re-generation was discussed, and Adam thanked for all the work he continues to do in this area.
Ways we can enrich our local community were suggested, and ideas about connecting with other local community outreach groups once we’re back on site were looked at.
Opawa Community Church will be joining us on Christmas Day. All our Christmas services will be adjusted to adhere to Diocesan guidelines regarding singing, social distancing etc…
We continue to give thanks for generous donations and the support of all our regular givers.
Plumbing issues attended to, and window sill painting is underway at Vincent Place. The tenants have given notice, and will vacate the property at the end of January.
Work on St Anne’s Chapel continues, and the foyer wall is being rebuilt. Belltower repairs yet to be completed. The new flooring in the Wilson Room has been installed.
