Churchwardens are the parish leaders.

• The Vicar’s Warden is appointed by the Vicar

• The People’s Warden is elected each year by parisioners at the annual general meeting

Churchwardens are responsible for running the parish:

• Spokespersons for the Vestry and the Parish

• Signatories to contracts and deeds

• Building superintendents

• Health and safety

• Accounting, reporting, record keeping, and organising meetings
