Vestry Snippets (July)
Vestry highlights from July meeting:
• As part of our regeneration topic we discussed ways of making disciples and how we expose people to God. Confirmation classes will be offered later in the year, and we may run an Alpha course.
• Rev Mike was thanked for his care of the parish during the Vicar's sabbatical.
• The Wardens are to write to CPT requesting that parish bequests be removed to our bank account.
• The fault with the exterior church lighting is in the process of being remedied.
• The continuous hot water unit has been removed after it flooded much of the kitchen.
• Quotes are being sought for exterior painting at the Vicarage.
• Many thanks to Rev Neil for donating some new altar linen.
