A wide ranging discussion was had on ways we can/do connect with the community
- we will install a sign on Opawa Rd advertising we have spaces to hire, there will be a Quiz night in winter and we'll take morning tea to the MenzShed again among other things. We encourage you all to tell others of what's happening and invite them to come along.
Anna Wilson has been selected by John to be the Vicar's nominee on the St Mark's School Board of Proprietors.
The Treasurer is to prepare graphs of recent financial trends in consultation with the Finance committee.
Lay Minister licence applications for Mark, Robyn S, Glennys & Sarah C have been sent to the Bishop.
Maintenance work has been carried out at the Vicarage to enable us to receive Healthy Homes certification.
Planning has begun for this year's Fair (14 September).
Youth ministry - we are exploring the possibility of gathering our rangatahi
City Mission are holding a Donation Drive here on 22 June.
